How do I personalise my order?

Where personalisation is available, enter the requested details on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Depending on the design, this may include a name, age, year, wording, engraving details or other order notes.

Do I need to check spelling and dates?

Yes. Please check names, spelling, capitalisation, numbers and dates carefully before placing your order. Your piece is made using the details supplied with the order.

Will my timber piece look exactly like the photo?

Natural timber varies in grain, colour and tone. These variations are normal and mean every timber piece has its own character. Product photos are a guide to the design and layout.

Can I request a design that is not listed?

Yes. Visit Custom Requests and tell us what you have in mind. You can send reference photos, screenshots or sketches to help explain the direction you like. We aim to respond to custom design enquiries within 48 hours.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping within Australia is $12.95, with free standard shipping on Australian orders over $120. See Shipping & Delivery for more information. International options are shown at checkout where available.
