Custom Requests
Have something completely unique in mind?
If you have an idea you cannot find in our existing range, send us a custom request and we can work through it with you. A rough concept is enough to get started.
You might have a screenshot you saved, a sketch, a colour palette, a theme, a room you are trying to match or several inspiration images. Send us what you have and tell us which parts you like.
How custom requests work
- Tell us what you are imagining. Include the type of piece, wording or name, approximate size, colours, theme and any other details you already know.
- Send your inspiration. Reference photos, screenshots and sketches are welcome. Email them to hello.belandbean@gmail.com with the subject Custom Request – Inspiration.
- We review your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours to discuss what may be possible, along with the design direction, materials and pricing.
- We design it with you. Once the direction is agreed, we can develop an original piece specifically for you.

Photos often explain an idea better than words. You can attach multiple inspiration images to your email, including screenshots, sketches, room photos, colours or reference pieces.

Inspiration images help us understand the style, theme and features you like. We create an original Bel & Bean Studios design rather than directly copying another maker’s work.
What can we make?
Custom requests can include personalised signs, nursery and children’s room décor, plaques, keepsakes, cake toppers, event pieces, engraved timber items, serving boards and other laser-cut or engraved creations. If you are unsure whether your idea is possible, send it through and we will let you know.
